Prime Antivirus License Agreement

Welcome to Prime Antivirus

This License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines your legal rights and responsibilities regarding the use of Prime Antivirus software and services. By installing, accessing, or subscribing to Prime Antivirus, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.


1. Definitions

  • Prime Antivirus refers to the software and related services provided under the Prime Antivirus brand.

  • WeCompany, or Prime refers to the legal entity offering the software and services.

  • You refers to the end-user, either an individual or an authorized representative of a business entity.

  • Software includes the Prime Antivirus application, modules, plugins, updates, and any related support services.

  • Services refers to online services, support, cloud-based functionalities, and notifications provided alongside the software.


2. License Grant and Usage

2.1 Personal Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on a specified number of devices for the duration of your subscription.

2.2 Business/Commercial Use

For business users, the license is valid only for internal use by employees of the licensed entity. The number of users and devices must align with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.


3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software,

  • Attempt to extract source code,

  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the software,

  • Distribute pirated copies,

  • Use the software for unlawful purposes,

  • Circumvent any security features,

  • Install the software on more devices than allowed by your license,

  • Use the software after license expiration or termination.


4. Updates and Modifications

Prime Antivirus may release updates and enhancements periodically. These updates may be installed automatically. Updates may change, enhance, or remove certain features.


5. Subscription, Payment, and Auto-Renewal

  • Your subscription is valid for the duration you selected during purchase.

  • Auto-renewal is enabled by default and you will be notified prior to the renewal date.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current.

  • You can disable auto-renewal at any time by visiting primeantivirus.com/myaccount.


6. Cancellation and Refund

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 7-day period.

  • All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.


7. Technical Support

Active subscribers are entitled to technical support via email or live chat. Support policies may vary by region and are subject to change.


8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Antivirus provides the software and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, business, or reputation.


9. High-Risk Activities

Our software is not designed for use in high-risk environments such as nuclear facilities, aviation systems, or life-support systems. Any such use is at your sole risk.


10. Termination

This agreement becomes effective upon installation and remains in force until:

  • Your subscription expires or is cancelled, or

  • You violate any of the terms herein.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software from your devices.


11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Gaziantep Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


12. Modifications

We may update this agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
